We spent over six months developing and perfecting the process for the highest quality finish that lasts and matches the rest of the firearm, our proprietary process is way beyond a simple parkerizing job. Our bolts are surface ground in a special fixture to perfection for an incredibly consistent headspace that is true to the breech face, a slight radius is installed for cycling reliability, the firing pin is expertly hand dressed and profiled with the strike depth adjusted to provide unparalleled ignition performance. Stronger springs provide enhanced performance on both the firing pin and the extractor Add to all of this the pinned firing pin for consistent strike and no other bolt offering can compare.
